HAHA, even I didn't know what he meant there. I took it as when a player is trying to DRIVE to the rim all the time, he won't be successful because the game is not a dunkfest this year. You'll hear more from Mike on this soon.

Yeah, pretty sure that's a typo that made it through.. should be "drives" and it would make sense.

And yes, that would be welcome news for either basketball game... I played 2K9 Team-Up last night and we were dunked on over and over again by various LeBrons... so ridiculous.. like 3-4 players in the frame getting yammed on every time.

If the gameplay is as good as the presentation then Live will officially be back. I'm a 2K fan and even I admit that Electronic Arts is improving the Live franchise. I keep telling my friends and those on Niketalk who are 2K fanboys that if 2K doesn't not continue to innovate in gameplay, presentation and overall fun factor that they are going to get left in the dust. 2K9 was terrible, I sold it after a month for Resistance 2. I never played Live 09 so I can't judge that game.
