Here's a suggestion for those that may need help finding a store. This is what I did and I can happily say I will be getting the game early this year.

-Go to Google
-Search "video game stores in [city,state]"
-find the stores that aren't "gamestop, toys r us, wal mart, etc..."
-call all the other stores and ask "when will you be getting Madden 2010 in"
-Hope and

they tell you a date other then the 14th.
-Enjoy!
