Who's your savior?
What is the one position you think is the one to build around? And if there is one player from that position you have in mind that you're going to do this with in madden, through import, who is it?

Re: Who's your savior?
Offense - It's QB or O-Line you need somebody to run the offense and you need blockers
Defense - Backers and Secondary
Edit: I thought this was the Madden boards.
Offense - RB and QB
Defense - BackersLast edited by TrapStar215; 08-03-2009, 09:02 PM."Okay, here's the story. I come from the gutter. I know that. I got no education... but that's okay. Re: Who's your savior?
i was going to post it there but it applies to both as far as building a team. I decided to post it here because I was also wondering who people would choose as that player they are going to build aroundComment

From the way the last few NFL drafts have gone and people I have talked to I'm surprised that the "trenches" aren't getting more loveComment

Re: Who's your savior?
Taking a miserable low caliber team and trying to rebuild before you get fired? As far as this video game goes... give me scrambling QB with any lvl of pwr or accuracy. A QB can carry a team in rebuild mode. Pull off a win on his own more or less. Gotta have that running QB I say. After that I usually go for a tall hard hitting safteyComment

Re: Who's your savior?
Well in real life this is true. In the game, not so much, and this poll is about the game, I'm assuming. In the game, ppl usually just want the best offensive skill position players they can get, and then they build from there.NCAA: HAWAII WARRIORS!!!
NFL: St. Louis Rams
NHL: San Jose Sharks
NBA: Boston Celtics
MLB: SF GiantsComment

Re: Who's your savior?
offense: QB. You need a good OL (LT is the most important and hardest position to play) but a great QB can improve the play of his team mated and can win without the best players around him.
defense: DL... not any one DL position, but in general you can be dominant with mediocre players elsewhere as long as you have a good line. Your secondary looks better, your linebackers look better, etc.Comment

Re: Who's your savior?
Offense and Defensive lines!Keanu Reeves: I shall take Balloons for $800, if you please.
Alex Trebek: That's not a category.
Keanu Reeves: My mistake. I shall choose Balloons for $600.Comment
