    Bret Favre A Coach?

A question and answer thread in offline franchise mode.

If you read the post you see something that says...

Q: Will players be able to become coaches after their retirement?

A: Yes. We even tuned this so that there's a greater chance that retired players come back as coaches sooner this year.

So will Bret Favre get in there? Hmmmm I can see it now he will be A Head Coach for the Packers...I mean Jets wait maybe Vikings?

But that's a sick feature Joey Galloway Wide Reciever Coach Jeff Garcia QB Coach! I think thats cool new feature!

Also this doesn't have to do Coaches but I saw this and it look pretty interesting....

Q: How are the draft classes, are they the same classes from Headcoach?

A: The draft classes are my favorite thing about franchise mode this year. They are different from Head Coach (some old HC favorites were carried over) but they were all hand created like they were there. I created lots of different types of players, too. Run Stopping DEs vs. Pass Rushing DEs, big bruising backs vs. scat backs, etc. I think you guys will have a blast trying to find the hidden gems and living with the busts. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to turn a team around like I did when playing a few seasons with the Bengals. I couldn't run the ball at all with Cedric Benson for 17 games in year one. I got into the offseason and found a RB in the 3rd round that immediately ignited my running game in year two. I made the playoffs and that kid won rookie of the year.

Which Player Do You Think Will Be A Coach?(Head/Offense Cord./Defense Cord./Special Teams Coach) Im Thinking Kurt Warner Will Be A Good Offense Coordinator!

Great, Favre can coach the Packers and ignore his QB's because they took his job. "hey it's not my job to mentor these kids".

Then he can have a yearly "will he or won't he come back and coach" drama queen thing going. Program the real personalities into these guys.

I think the greatest coach out of active players would be Peyton. He can read any defense and can pick through them. I am hoping that with Madden 10, if he were to play it he could do the same in the game.

I am talking about Peyton in real life playing BTW. :P

                      Definitely.

I can also see Garcia becoming a QB coach.

As hilarious as it would be to have Ocho Cinco as a coach, I'm not sure even Al Davis is that insane yet lol.
