Madden10 is not all its cracked up to be

I got the game yesterday, full of gitches, broken animations, dropped passes, and the cpu still runs out of bounds for no reason... presentation is a nice addition (but if you played 2k5 still not there yet) to me this game is a disappointment IMO or maybe being a madden fan my expectations were just too high.

I was reading your post with an open mind until I saw the reference to 2K.....then you just became a fanboy. Seriously, I don't want to be a dick, but anytime anyone tried to say Madden isn't comparable to 2k...you just look biased.

I know I've probably been coming across as a 2k '*****' the last few weeks, but seriously, there is no aspect of that game which is better than Madden 10. None. The presentation is equal and that's it.

I'll say again I loved 2k when it came out. That is until I played Madden 06 which in my opinion put it in the ground. 2K5 was a good game, but I think people perceptions of it are a bit warped in 2009.

People need to realise that the only 2k comparisons valid from now on are ones to be made in the future if they make new football games, that is it.

Im tired of hearing how great 2k5 is, because it is not. I remember at about May after I had traded in Madden 09 like 3 months before, I wanted a good football game to play. I went on the 2k5 forums since people were saying how great the game is, and I DLed Puja's rosters and sliders. I played a game, and WOW the gameplay was HORRIBLE. The graphics, amazing, presentation amazing, animations JAW-DROPPING, but the crowd and gameplay were horrendous. I dont know how people can actually enjoy that game vs CPU.
