Anyone know when patch #2 is coming out?

Or do you even know if they are making one right now, because one thing they really need to fix is the progression bug. It is really ridiculous and I don't enjoy dynasties until year 6 when all the real life players are gone.

They said a patch is being made. Also, they are not giving out information until closer to patch release.

Let's just end these patch discussions threads. The end result of the second patch will simply leave people dissapointed and with Madden only days away, NCAA will be forgotten by 80% of the people currently on this forum. Very little will end up being "fixed" in the patch... major changes will only occur in NCAA 11... that's just the reality of game patches.

Enjoy the game for what it is... an above average college football game, no more, no less.

Let's just end these patch discussions threads. The end result of the second patch will simply leave people dissapointed and with Madden only days away, NCAA will be forgotten by 80% of the people currently on this forum. Very little will end up being "fixed" in the patch... major broken features will occur in NCAA 11... that's just the reality of game patches.

Enjoy the game for what it is... an above average college football game, no more, no less.

I wish people will stop acting like Madden is a substitute for NCAA. I guess I'm in the 20% of the people who don't care that Madden is about to come out. I'm tired of reading in every thread that "blank is broken but Madden is about to come out so blank won't matter for too much longer."

I follow pro but I look forward to my NCAA game every year, not Madden. I don't care if the new Madden will cook your dinner for you and have your children, I want NCAA fixed this year; I don't want to have to wait until NCAA 11 to have a fun, enjoyable, realistic dynasty.

Well, I have some BAD news for you then... you will be waiting until 2011 to have "fun" because a patch is limited in scope. A patch may tinker with say zone coverage but it cannot fix atmosphere and presenation, nor can it add formation subs and fcs teams... hence the realism and fun will have to wait. For the last three years I have had the same reuqest as you and trust me... they fall on deaf ears

Yep, its the honeymoon right now with ODogg leading the bandwagon through the land of sunshine and lollipops and rainbows and lemon drops.

But mark my words, there will be some major issues there as well pop up. They'll be quicker to try to fix them and probably have more communication, but you'd have to be crazy to buy that game on release day after what we've seen from NCAA.

I agree. And the people crying for the progression to be fixed... Don't count on it. I will be shocked if it makes it in.

BTW... Zone coverage is already broken. They certainly couldn't make it worse.
