    Blocking Field Goals

This may be fixed with the patch, so if so, this thread is moot. But anyways...

I have come VERY close to blocking about a dozen or so field goals with the MLB, including two which I got to, and the MLB CAUGHT THE KICK ONE-HANDED.

I don't think that is possible.

I've only see one kick blocked it all happened so fast, but it was a clean block, because my kicker ended up with the ball and I nearly got the first down, but that's because I got into the habit of pointing the arrow all the way down so my trajectory is mad low.

Whenever I kick a PAT or very short field goal, I've gotten into the habit of putting the arrow all the way up simply to prevent those last second blocks.

I've always done that on extra points, even though I've never seen a blocked kick in a Madden game (I did see one blocked punt though, unfortunately it was against me)

The easiest way to block a kick is when you back up your opponent in their own endzone and you call a punt block. Field goal blocks are just kind of lucky....

Yea im not understanding the suction of the ball to the player when its blocked, it needs to fly off him and onto the ground.

This is a big problem that needs to be fixed. Has no one else seen this?

happened to me once. i blocked a kick with my KR guy Sinorice Moss. when he blocked it, it just got stuck to his hand.

And i think we should be able to block punts no matter where our opponent is located on the field. There are blocked kicks in the NFL every week and yet its impossible to block a punt unless your opponent is backed up in the end zone.
