If you follow Donny Moore on Twitter he gives updates on the changes he is making for the first update.

Here is a list:

Devery Henderson increased speed.
Aaron Rodgers increased short accuracy
Toomer on the Chiefs
Burress, Trent Green, Drew Bennett removed from the game.
Bears add LB Tinoisamoa
Cincy TE Reggie Kelly on IR
BRONCOS removed LB Nick Greisen, add LB Wesley Woodyard
CHIEFS removed K Connor Barth, add K Ryan Succop
FINS add G Donald Thomas, release G Ike Ndukwe

Brian Greise added to free agents
New contracts for: Dominic Raiola, Greg Jennings, Max Starks, Terrell Suggs, Matt Cassel, Donovan McNabb

TEXANS moves: Grossman added, Alex Brink removed. Arian Foster added, K Kris Brown's new contract added, Stanley McClover's number changed

Fins add Donald Thomas? He was in the original roster they released on their website (although they should raise his rating...no way he should be rated lower than A.Alleman or B.Frye). can someone confirm if he's on the default roster?

Releasing J.Haynos is questionable....no way they roll with only 2 TE's. Releasing E.Wilford would make more sense if they had to create space for Wake.

Is QB Brett Basanaz at least in FA? From what I understand, he is not listed as 3rd on the Bears roster.

He's not, the bears 3rd QB is the punter. He threw for over 100 yards in a simmed preseason game for me though.

So, they need to add Basanaz and raise Caleb Hanie higher than a 45 after he shows he can play in pre-season :wink:. I see the Bears roster getting some massive upgrades on roster updates if they play as well as most are predicting. God I hope they play great!!!

Safety Steve Gregory needs to be added to the Chargers asap. there is a chance he might start this year. any player in the league that is starting needs to be in this game. un-excusable.

Presume they're doing the Vikings by the unofficial depth chart on the team website then? Khalil Bell and Ian Johnson have been doing better than Young at HB according to reports from training camp.

Donny_Moore: It's official...Michael Vick NOT in Madden NFL 10 Roster Update #1....once he signs with a team, we will work to get him in there ASAP.

It's also my understanding that P. Burees is being removed from the free agent pool on the first update.
