Re: NHL 2K10 Gameplay Videos (IGN)
Oh OK, so we are going to have to be perfect? How many Masters' Degree do you have? I have 2.
Write and thesis paper and then get back to me. Also, I don't reread what I write that is my biggest downfall. Any ways it doesn't change the fact I am right.

Yup, you're right!
Since you hold a double Master's degree that makes you the authority around here.
You didn't say what those degrees were in, however, or if they were 30 hour or 60 hour degrees.
Regardless, re-reading what you wrote is the hallmark in good communication skills.
If you perfect that, maybe you can be a commentator one day for 2K Sports, since you have so much experience in public speaking.
However, if they want to demote you, then maybe you can work in their marketing dept.
(BTW, I thought you were going to ignore me?

Re: NHL 2K10 Gameplay Videos (IGN)
If you want to be technical. The but is the beginning word of the sentence, not a conjunction. Therefore you don't need the comma. But that is cool; I like the way you think even if you are wrong.
Any ways I like how the game is looking and Randy and Drew sound great to me. Maybe the lines are old. I don't know I haven't played this game in the past.

Grammatically, that's optional. If you want to be technical. The but is the beginning word of the sentence, not a conjunction. Therefore you don't need the comma. But that is cool; I like the way you think even if you are wrong.

Besides, I'm not wrong. Oops, I meant.....

I tried, but you are just too funny. Any ways I am going to ignore what you say about me. One masters is in Education and the other masters is in Divinity. If you disagree with what I say that is fine. I still think good commentary takes practice. And I say if Drew and Randy does this next year they will get better, but Thorne and Clem have done it for so long. They will never be replace. Collinsworth is close and the Shows guys are good tool.Yup, you're right!

Re: NHL 2K10 Gameplay Videos (IGN)
I love my job. Don't want the stress at working on a video game. Also, all I said was why Drew and Randy were not as fresh as others. I might be wrong, this is only my opinion, but it is an educational one.Comment

Re: NHL 2K10 Gameplay Videos (IGN)
Umm..... I think you mean "educated". "Educated" would be the adjective describing "opinion."
I would have thought you were only joking, but you didn't put your hallmark  sign there.

Masters degree in Edumacation.

Ugh, since when did "any ways" become correct English?Heck, I won't even go into the fact that it's being pluralized for some odd reason. I'm just curious as to when it became two words instead of just one?
lol, two Masters degrees. Suuuuuuuuuuuuure. Heck, I must be doing something wrong. I only have one in Biochem so I must not have learned enough in my years yet. lol
Less 2k loving, more time with the books.Yankees, Manchester United, Chicago Bears, New York RangersComment

Good catch. I don't reread, but let us just stop, before a mod come in here and tell us to stop.Umm..... I think you mean "educated". "Educated" would be the adjective describing "opinion." "Educational" would be an adverb describing a verb. However, you're not describing a verb.

Completely agree. Just don't throw your credentials and experience around as if it makes you some authority on this or any discussion. People who come on here who have criticisms on the topic at hand are within their rights to express such as long as it doesn't violate the TOS here.Comment

Agree, the credential part was a joke. Even though I do have 2. That is why I do thisCompletely agree. , so you know when I am joking. But that time I didn't, because you said I do that to much. lol I was just stating my opinion just like you were stating yours. It is all good.
For the record I only said about the 2 Masters because you corrected my post. Also, the other info was shared because you guys ask why I thought I was right. So what ever. Like I said it is all opinion anyways even your guys thoughts.
I did like the game flow and speed in that video. It looks a lot smoother than 2k9. I hope we get some videos with the AI set higher.Last edited by Scottdau; 08-12-2009, 10:33 PM.Comment
