that's probably why it was a foul he anticipated and jumped to early. that does happen in real life you know if u ever played ball b4, or ever been or watched a basketball game you would know that.

I love what EA is doing with the game this year at least the game is showing improvement instead of going downhill.

As an elite basketball player these sizeup moves look very good and are definetly a key part in how an offensive player blows by his man if done right it could be a vital part of the game.

Just one question though in real life a good defender might guess wrong when reaching for a steal but his recovery time is much better than that of a bad defender, basically depending on who you are playing defense with is there any sort of reaction time or anything like that?

yes. Blowing by someone isn't automatic. It's all about matchups and the moves you do to try to get around someone.

dude if im in motion and im running sideways and u see me sqaure up while on the move you have a advantage because i have to sqaure up b4 i jump, if u played either 2k or live 09 when they do the fading sideways jumper they always swing that foot around to square then shoot all in one motion, u obviously have never played any type of ball b4 but okay. but any way when he swings that right foot around that's part of the shooting animation on that running fade away, so yes just like IRL if a defender sees that he's going to anticipate to get the block . had the player tapped the button for a pump fake he would still swing his foot around to sqaure up to shoot, this is what people who play basketball for real call paying attn to detail.

and just to reiterate when you push the shooting button while on the run the player with the ball squares up all in one motion before he leaves his feet showing the defender that he's about to shoot, and just to let you know i have made people jump while still dribbling the ball. lmao people don't jump unless you pump fake hahahahahahahahahahaha.
