The halftime show actually isn't that bad.

I just got into the half on the first preseason game in the franchise, and I'm impressed with the Halftime show, to say the least. I was under the impression by what we've seen in the halftime show videos prior to release that it was just highlights of your game.

Surprise, surprise when they showed the scores of all the other games currently being played, and the statistical leaders of the week so far. Sure, it's not that much, but considering what I was expecting, I really enjoyed it. Loving this game so far.

It still lacks in comparison to NFL 2k5's halftime show.

I would like to see scores of other teams popping up during franchise games. It would also be great for them to go out to other games during the halftime so that we can truly see what is going on besides just a score.

The scores and other features move too fast. You don't even have time to take it in.

i don't think the halftime show or the extra point are much different than 2k5's offering. if you go back and watch 2k5's, the commentary was still spliced together and stilted. it didn't have anymore polish than maddens does. with a little work, i think they'll knock it out of the park next year.

If they add commentary during highlights and highlights/commentary on other games, it'd be better than 2ks, IMO. They have a great foundation, now they just need to blow it out for next year.

It's decent.. not as bad as some people make it out to be.

They just need to make the only camera angle for the half-time show broadcast. It would definitely take it up to the next level.

I think the halftime show is decent but give us 5-10 seconds more so that we can actually read all of the scores! It's like an exercise in speed-reading.

With regards to the Extra Point Weekly wrap-up:
* discuss ALL of the games, not just three (re: final score
* show the standings for ALL of the divisions
** these seems minor to implement and would add so much

Yea i really enjoyed it, its all you really need to hear at halftime. I think people blow up 2k5's out of proportion of what it really was. The extra point show is just a step behind 2k5's, and madden will only improve next year.

Yea i think the halftime show and EP show are quite a good start considering EA's poor history with presentation. The EP Show deff needs video highlights, but they are deff on the right track. Stoked to have all this new presentation, actually makes a franchise playable.

If I wanted...to listen to...a real...HALF-TIME SHOW...I would play...ESPN NFL...2K5! It has much better...COMMENTARY...than...MADDEN'S...current... HALF-TIME SHOW.

I know this is their first attempt, but even 2K's first attempt with 2K3 was better than this...

Don't forget the speak and spell... "here are the key plays from your game." (in a monotone voice). Awesome commentary. I know it's small but at least say "here are the key plays from the Seattle versus SF game" or somethnig to that extent.

When they show the scores of the games and stats i think they show it too fast. I dont have time to read all of the scores and stats in 4 seconds.

It's better than I expected, but why is everything so fast? From the stat overlays to the halftime show, I just don't get it.
