2 quick questions, if someone could help me out.

I dont really venture in the Madden forums too often so I'm guessing these 2 questions have been answered already.

But........

1) How do we call smart routes this season ?? Or has it been taken out ?? I cant find out how to hot route my receiver and stretch the route to go past the first down marking.

2) Online franchises ??? Are we not suppose to get a code for this if we bought madden brand new and get it for free ??? Or does everyone have to pay the $ 9.99 for it ?? I thought a card was suppose to come with the game ??

1) smart routes are called by calling a hot route but instead of changing the route press the right stick

1.) I haven't tried it yet. sorry.
2.) There should be a code on the back of the book at the top that lets you do that.
