I've had your issue too. Doesn't seem right that I can call the play from the playcall screen and it takes less time.

Also, has anyone had it where a d-lineman doesn't get back in time? I've been called offside a few times because of this. It's always just one guy that is basically right behind the o-line when the ball is snapped. Isn't there a rule in the NFL that the offense has to give the defense a reasonable chance to get back onside before they snap? If not, I guess it's not a big deal but I seem to remember hearing something about this rule. I don't recall this happening in previous years either...
