I've seen several threads and comments with people dreading "cheesers" using Vick and the Favre bandwagon with Minnesota. To be honest Vick would be less dangerous than McNabb because McNabb has better throwing ratings. Using Vick would be equivilent to using VY, correct? Also when I use the Vikes I used Sage and his accuracy ratings are in the 80's for short and medium but his deep ball is 69. I personally dont see how much more of an advantage these teams will have. Please enlighten me. Thanks!

Ok Sage, if it makes you feel better you will still be my starter in madden. Sage accuracy is better than Favre so on the game the Vikes really didnt get an upgrade. -

Vick's running is the problem most people have.
I don't know why there'd be fear of Favre. Maybe it's the 81 DAC and throwing to Harvin/Berrian with their 97 speed?Comment

Ha, I used the Eagles today. I even used Vick too, only in passing situations. Only time I ran was a bootleg and that was only enough to get away. I used McNabb 98% of the time. Won 31-24 after being down 14-3 at half."I'm in the game like EA"Comment

I havent seen favres ratings, but it sounds like he got cheated. Even in his old age, favre is a overall 85+. He is a gun slinger, yes, but he does many things most people over look very well.Comment

I guaranty that Favre's rating goes up soon. 82? Brett Favre? Look, I know he's old, but man, did you hear Syd Rice talking about him throwing perfect bullets 35 yards downfield? 82 deep accuracy? If anything, his deep acc is better than his mid. And where did they get the idea to put the short sleeves on Favre? He never wears/wore those. Oh well, at least hes "in the game".Comment

Hehe. I played one guy with the eagles this morning unranked of course just to test vick out. I complete destroyed that guy with vick. Vick throwing is real good and me running with him!! Well less put it this was. Vick will be cheesed big time online this year. Beware people!!:wink:Comment

Most guys would call that cheese, but with throw on the run being an actual rating it is justified. Also, scrambling does not break the AI. If you turn around your icons disappear! THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE ALWAYS BEEN! And besides, that's how Vick made a name for himself. As long as the guy does not run in circles or snap and run straight to the sideline I wont call cheese, but simply running from pressure and finding an open receiver while putting that 95 throw on the run rating to work is NOT cheese.
