Negative coaching bonuses?
Dumb question, but what is up with coaches with negative bonuses? I am assuming its a result of coaching a bad team, but do the bonuses change back to positive if they work for a winning franchise for a season or two? I have not experiments to find out.College Football

I had a good laugh at how hiring Brad Childress would have resulted in a -5 loss to all my players awareness levelsComment

Re: Negative coaching bonuses?
i think this is dumb as well.
bad coaches should provide no bonus, not a negative one
its not like they are TRYING to be a bad coach, some situations in the NFL coaches are doomed to fail.Comment

Re: Negative coaching bonuses?
i disagree. some coaches just suck at coaching a certain position or just don't pay as much attention to it. the bears have -3 awr to the QBs and WRs, from their O-coodinator i think. but the thing is i could deal with that if they are giving my DL a bonus or something like the bears. and you can always hire a great coordinator that evens out or gives pluses to the position your other coach doesn't "coach" too well. why do you think some coaches give up certain responsibilities. i think its pretty realistic(hope all of that made sense, lol)

Re: Negative coaching bonuses?
Ive seen some of the better coaches (according to my knowledge) have negatives on some stats while some generic, run of the mill guys are neutral."... you did not want to draft JaMarcus Russell. He is a great player. Get over it ..."
