Threshold- 0. Threshold makes your reciever or player do some type of tron jog to alow the DB to catch up to you. Not realistic at all.
Now I did some timing from actual games and this is what I have found out
Average time for NFL dropback- 1.68
Very slow speed- 1.93
Slow- 1.86
Normal- 1.75
Fast- 1.66
Very fast- 1.45
Average time for kickoff- 3.51
Very slow- 4.2
Slow- 4.04
Normal- 3.61
Fast- 3.55
Very fast- 3.44
Average RB to LOS time (both timed in a run to the LOS on a zone run to the left)- 2.14
Slow speed- 2.53
Slow- 2.36
Normal- 2.3
Fast- 2.2
Very fast- 1.8
WR 7 yd stop route- 1.54
Very slow- 1.88
Slow- 1.76
Normal- 1.69
Fast- 1.58
Very fast- 1.41
WR 2yds and then run to post- 2.01
Very slow- 2.34
Slow- 2.18
Normal- 2.11
Fast- 2
Very fast- 1.93
40 yd dash- 4.4-4.5
(using Eddie Royal)
Very slow- 5.2
Slow- 5
Normal- 4.7
Fast- 4.46
Very fast- 4.27
I got the results by timing plays from the Denver vs Seattle than recreating them with different speeds and timing them on the game.
Now for regular sliders
Set CPU to all 100
Set User to all 5 as a base
Now adjustments
QB accuracy- 40
WR catching- 55
Breaking tackles- 60
Pass rushing- 75
Block shedding- 55
Thats all. Just enough to make the game more difficult but still keeps the realism behind the 100 vs pro
