No, but Fantasy Factory is an awesome show!
They are just trying to make the Madden experience more realistic by throwing advertisements in the middle of games!

Just kidding, I have yet to notice it, but I dont play online, so that might be part of it. I would get rather annoyed though if the same advertisement kept popping up in the middle of a game.
