    EA can I please be able to Tackle somebody.

    First off I love the changes and bug fixes that have been made. I made several videos show the GOOD side of madden, In the climate of Madden bashing.

    BUT also I have made some videos showing the areas that need to be improved (Bad) . I just did a panel discussion video, Which I thought was productive.

    I try to be fair when judging whether or not a game will be "Worth $65" (my youtube motto). And I believe most of my viewers actually feel the same way .... some have commented.

    BUT ...Here is the thing I can dismiss a lot of issues but I feel the tackling situation is TOTALLY unbearable. EVERYBODY has potential of being a BEAST on the gridiron. I personally have broke way more tackles in the few M10 games I have played vs my Madden CAREER!

    And the sliders for this do NOT work.... it was turned down to ZERO, and besides sliders do not apply to ONLINE gaming.

    But I will say that... I have enjoyed the other changes made because now I don't have to wonder if.

      What difficulty are you playing on (be honest)? I've not had issues like you're describing. You make it sound tragic.

          haha be honest this occurs on any setting ...but mainly all-pro and all madden.

          I just commented on the break tackle thread ... And I remembered I mention this before.

          I have proof of this ... I will post the video of Brandon Jacobs BEASTING through PILES of guys.

              First Brandon Jacobs IS A BEAST (He just ran over Urlacher the other day) Second I haven't had any issues, but then again I play online so I haven't had the luxury of playing the CPU as much but when someone quits I still haven't seen it to the degree you have described. And no one gets away from me when I'm on D, IDK but I think you dudes are just complaining to much, get back to rappin T-Painin' too much, lol

                  I haven't had problems wrapping people up, hate to sound cliche, but in a lot of these cases, people need to practice more.

                      For me, the big issue in tackling is that you can't mop up the pro-tak animation.

                      Maybe just me though. When three of your guys engage in a "gang tackle", it's now in the AI's hands to fix the play up. You yourself cannot just go over there and drag the guy to the ground. You've essentially lost control, and that IMHO is the major reason why there's like a pro-tak god-like animation where a RB breaks out of like 3-4 guys trying to tackle him.

                      It also doesn't really help that the pursuit angle that ANY AI tackler (offensive or defensive) is horrible.

                      Fix these two things and I'm pretty sure that if a pro-tak animation happens, it won't be for like a TD. I don't mind if someone could break out of a gang tackle, but it only compounds it when the rest of your AI defenders decide to get into a 50 yard sprint with the RB and run stride for stride with him and not be able to catch up to him because they took an absolutely awful angle towards making a tackle.

                          Well, in my superstar, my RB rushed for 3000 yards as a rook. This included 2 three hundred yard games and 2 in the high 200's.

                          I hate playing the comp and they are down two scores or they are running the clock down and they can break 20-60 yarders no problem. Even with a few guys wrapping them up...that and when the comp runs the hurry up wildcat and the RB has a better arm than Joe Montana and the QB catches balls/drags feet better than Holmes' SB catch.

                              I play on all-pro with the Saints using Marino's (sp?) sliders slightly adjusted, and I can't break a tackle (or slip a tackle) with Pierre Thomas nor Reggie Bush to save my life. Reggie might slip one every now and again, but for the most part, running the ball has been pretty difficult for me, which is realistic considering how crappy the Saints' line is.

                                  Yeah there a difference between BEAST and UNSTOPPABLE! With all due respect to Uracher ...age really isn't his friend and more!

                                  Ok Ok ...It sounds as thought you guys are all PRACTICED up at Madden. So instead of saying "It doesn't happen to me..I tackle just fine!" And since you don't see this that is why I will prove this with video footage.

                                  So...Tell us unfornatune souls what and how you accomplish tackling unstoppable RBs in Madden 10.

                                          When I have a gang of guys bringing down the ball carrier, if I"m one of them(if not I switch to them) and I press the square button.(dive button)
                                          I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

                                          I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

                                              With a flick of the thumb even "UNSTOPPABLE" backs as you say like Jacobs become "human". Football cliche, you gotta chop the big ones at the legs.

                                              And one more thing, YES I'M A MADDEN NERD I GO TO PRACTICE MODE WITH SKILL LEVEL AT 20, because no one will ever cheat as much as that level
