Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Really looking forward to the new season even though I thought season 3's ending was kinda meh. Excited to watch John Lithgow's character and how Dexter has changed sinced getting married.

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Personally, I'd say so, but I'm one of the few that seemed to enjoy all of season 3 as well so I don't know how good of a judge I am.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
In the least spoiler-way I can sum it up:
-A "new" Dexter. If you've ever read the books, it may seem a little familiar, but let's say the new life definitely changes him.
-Lithgow is going to be an absolutely amazing character.Comment

SpoilerMy friend asked me the same thing. I am going to assume, since I don't think they showed either way, that it is just for the added drama.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
I just starting watching Dexter this summer and watched all 3 seasons. I really liked Season 3, but I think Season 2 was my favorite. Absolutely can't wait for the season opener which I'm going to wait for.Villanova Class of 2012

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
SpoilerI think he did, surely they aren't going to make this another "he's going to get caught" rehash.
One thing that makes me nervous about this season, and something from the books I hoped had been put to rest when they decided to split from them after the first season. (spoilers from books and forst episode of season 4)
SpoilerIn the books, he was written to be possessed by a demon of sorts and that's what makes him kill. In this episode, two odd occurrences make me wonder if they are wondering down this incredibly lame path: his eyes change after looking at the knives from his trunk and before he kills the boxer he has a kind of spasm or such that reminds me of what actors tend to do when portraying a medium or such channeling a spirit. I REALLY hope they aren't going there though, I stopped reading the books because of that nonsense.Comment
