Here are the insane goals my owner wants:
Beat the Browns in week 4
Win 3 out of our 4 first games
Re-sign WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh
Re-sign K Shayne Graham
Get a Rookie on my team to win Defensive Rookie Of The Year
Get a player on my team to win WR Play Of The Year
Replace the GM
Hire a College Coach
Win Coach Of The Year
Finish #1 In Total Offense
Finish #1 In Total Defense
Have An Approval of 65 Or Higher at the end of the season.

I can probably get about 50-75% of those.
