While there's no slider access in the 10 demo, you do still have options. I play both games, I'm a hockey fan, just because I don't get all excited from a few dev blogs and a meh video that doesn't do the game justice imo or give credit where it isn't due doesn't equate to a chip. The reason I'm big on EA's game currently should be pretty aparent and sensible. Info, lots of it. Actual fan feedback with results in the gameplay, (seperate hum/cpu sliders, board play etc) The dev team communicating on a timely and regular basis. The list goes on as to why I personally give EA the credit I think they deserve for their efforts.
2k on the other hand its been entirely the opposite. I've followed the games industry for quite a few years and while obviously with how the internet is these days with all the blogs, forums and youtubes and the like, people do maybe expect a bit much from developers who are just trying to put together a quality game and thats understandable. However in all those years I have never once seen a game, one especially in a storied gaming franchise like NHL2k is, marketed as poorly as the NHL2k series has the last two years. That anyone can even argue or defend that with a straight face seems pretty telling of that person.

hope you can forgive me on that one. But yeah, Blind Faith ain't bad and again, he can only blame himself if the game sucks for having so much "faith".
