1. How is this sim? You don't be a better player simply because you're a member of a specific team. That's not PBP, anyway.

2. Under PBP, the first time he got cut, and wasn't putting up stats, he would regress into a 30 OVR or whatever, and that would be the end of him. If he ever saw the field again, he'd miss every tackle, and would just keep regressing.

3. Under a non-PBP system, he may have a low OVR (i.e. not be very good), but could have a high POT (i.e. he could end up being very good, even if he doesn't put up good stats before he "became good."
