I for one am stoked about the off ball movement and play that I've seen so far. We're talking sim features.
The so called sim ballers don't even know what sim basketball is, they only use Cleveland and LA when they play..

Yeah rockchisler. Over the years, OS has become so popular that it now attracts cheese also.

I apologise for my comment which lumped a lot of people together when that's not the case.

It was not aimed at any individual in particular. OS has changed over the years and I guess I just prefer to stick to the old school.

If it annoys me that much, I'll leave. It's no ones problem but my own.

Sorry for the off topic talk. Still really like this video and can't wait to set the demo to CPU v CPU (hopefully they have that) just to watch the off ball movement.

Re: NBA Live 10: Offball Movement Video

I remember when EA really got into this with the 10 man mo cap thing back in what was that Live 04, and this is basically what it has turned into........... I'd sa they were on to something at the time and had the right concept about off ball movement.

Thats one thing about pro ball is that its alot of action going on, on the court, not just with the ball handler. The cpu should be active moving around, getting into proper position, ready to make a move, a screen, a roll......and not just reactive to what youre doing with the ball.

Shame on you, 23. You left out the fundamentals displayed in the WNBA... LOL!

Seriously, in the words of Apex, anyone who thinks that off-ball movement isn't a BIG part in a basketball needs to pray to Jesus. Piggybacking of 23, it's taught well with emphasis in the international game and college level. Basketball isn't just putting the ball in the hoop. I am very impressed with this video!
Whatever you do, don't give constructive criticism or say anything negative about Madden video games! It seems to be the equivalent of a felony...

This showed nothing exceptional at all, they just showed waht should be expected... much fuss about nothing.

The basketball game I played last year handled off-ball movement terribly. Live has definitely caught my attention with this. I just wish the players moved as realistic and fluidly the whole game as they do in the off-ball animations.
