AW I don't know what you mean. I was not on at all last night. I don't even have NCAA.
For the record this is what I had come up. This is why I was not on. I would of been but this happened. I spent most the night trying to find him.

No malintent on my end--I looked twice once I heard from Paniro and could have sworn your tag was active. It may have been that I saw a game active for a person just above or below yours on my friends list, but I wouldn't make a misattribution like that intentionally. Do others play on your tag ever?
In any case, this was one of those situations where life happens and it's a good place to articulate a league scheduling policy. Since we play 16 games a year at least, what we'll do from here on out is do the temp. boot an hour before advance time on W/Sat so that users who are around can play and those that have issues can jump back on for the next week.
So sorry this created a little confusion, but thanks for putting us in the know. I sent a Live invite to rejoin, so hop back on and ride the wave of your Bills' big win vs. Car.
And as for kids, I don't trust any of 'em, not family, not strangers. I'm also getting old enough now where they just plain annoy me.Comment

Re: ACQB M10 Franchise Game Discussion/Ish-Talking Thread
I think I figured out why downfield passing, outside the hashes is so darn difficult.
The CB's speed, backpeddling, is the same as his speed running forward.
I simply couldnt figure out, why CB's were constantly in front of the WRs downfield.
I went into practice mode, and took the fastest WR on my team, Dave Clowney (93 speed), and just sent him on straight streaks vs Litto Shephard (87 speed), in basic cover 3.
It took Clowney about 60-65 yards, just to get a step on him.
The DB backpeddle is too fast. There is little break in speed, between packpeddle, hip turn, and sprint.Comment

I have some pretty quick guys on my team, and I see them getting open with route cuts and speed a decent bit.Comment

Re: ACQB M10 Franchise Game Discussion/Ish-Talking Thread
They get open on cuts..but rarely do they get speration running stright downfield. GO into practice mode and try it out.
Take Heyward-bay, and put him on the side of your slowest outside DB, and send him deep. Watch how long the DB stays with him, simply running backwards. Speed recievers do not eat up "cushion" at all, on the outside.Comment

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I think that result isn't as unrealistic as it might seem. I remember early on Ian was talking about simulating CB/WR interactions where a CB can hang with a much faster WR by using his positioning and jostling to slow him down. Now I haven't seen the jostling too much, but the positioning I see all the time. That said, I agree the backpedal is probably a little fast, and also that the big bomb throws that let you run under the ball are rare.GT: Teambayern5

Re: ACQB M10 Franchise Game Discussion/Ish-Talking Thread
Agreed. I have seen those throws both for and against me, and I think overall the balance is right here. The QB accuracy divisions make for a nice risk-reward, and the DB AI does a good job generally of not allowing these plays to be frequent, because they're not in real life.I'm not disagreeing with you, but I think that result isn't as unrealistic as it might seem. How many times a game is a legit NFL corner simply blown by? Not that many. I personally like that you see this in M10 because APF had way too many run right by you moments imo.
DannyJPL can tell you about Troy Williamson running right by Chris Johnson 3x in one game
