INTRO:
Coach Dassler was a soccer coach in Germany, but when his club filed for bankruptcy he decided to leave the sport entirely and head to North America and try his luck at college football, but no athletic director would hire an ex soccer coach. After three years of coaching high school football, in Montana, he was offered a job at Lima State University in Lima, Montana. The university had been around since 1924 but had to cut the football program in 2003 due to financial cuts. But this year, an alumnus donated 10 million dollars to upstart the program again. The athletic director was an old pal of Coach Dassler, and liked the fast and intelligent play Dassler had implemented into his high school teams. His players rarely became tired due to the fact he ran them like they were soccer players. His team would wear down opposing foes and lead Lima High School to the 1A state playoffs all three years he coached, and in 2008 he led them to a perfect season and a 1A state championship.
