I would move Ware to RE.

Sintim to SAM LB (LOLB) since he will be stout against the run and not exposed in the passing game as much, plus being the lowest rated LB, he would come off the field 1st in nickel.

You could go either way with Curry and Rey at WILL and MIKE, but I would probably play Curry at WILL, but sub him in over Rey in dime.
