Restricted free agency and draft day trades?

As a guy who has never played NBA Live 09, but is interested in buying NBA Live 10 after playing the demo, I was curious to know if the NBA Live 2010 franchise mode would include these (IMO) very important features. To me, these types of franchise features are the difference between me buying Live and not buying Live. To buy 2 NBA games this year at $60 a pop, I'm going to need to see a nice and full-featured franchise mode in NBA Live 2010. For those who have played 09, how is it? And will these features be in 10?

I don't know about restricted free agency but draft day trades were in Live 09 so unless they took them out they'll be in Live 10.

Live 09 Dynasty for a 5/10 for me... it was ok but there was zero presentation and very little depth to important things like trades and FA's. I really hope they re vamped it but with the lack of Blog or details it ain't looking good

I actually like the negotiating process Live has. It gives you that back and forth feel of real life negotiations. Free agency is done pretty well to. I like that you see the top free agents, then sim a day and get to see a graphic that shows where the players signed.
