Do you feel ea sports is doing their best with madden?

I don't think they are. I look at the products they put out every year madden specifically. It has not changed much since it came out in 05. I know they are not doing the best job they can. Reason is if they were to do their best that would mean they would have to make drastic changes from what they have put out. They know they can get away with minor changes each year one come up with some gimmick new feature that means absolutely nothing for the experience. Pro tak? lmao come on now.

Bottomline is ea sports and tiburon and whoever else is responsible for this game needs to take some risks. They play it way too safe. They need to focus on fixing the gameplay and having a deep franchise mode. Madden 10 doesnt have this and no madden game has ever had both.

Are we asking for too much? I'll let the decrease in madden sales be the judge. The people who are happy with madden are the people who are happy with it every year. They have no expectations. They are like a happy little kid oblivious to whats really going on out there.

Yet thats who ea sports targets their games for. Dont they realize that those people are going to be happy no matter what? Why not focus on the group thats unhappy every year instead of the group thats happy no matter what.

If you believe it hasn't changed much since the game came out in 05 you obviously are a *****. Seriously, go back and play the first Madden on 360 and play the current one and honestly take the blinders off and tell me that the latest version isn't drastically better?

Because they are the only NFL game on the market and if people want to play a NFL license game, they have to buy madden. I'm not bashing EA because I still think madden 10 is the best madden ever. It's just not better then that "other game" that was release 5 years ago, and I think this is where the problem lies.

Yeah they come here maybe they read a few threads. But you tell me what has changed? Its like being a lions fan. You get this new head coach, new gm. Get billboards all over town that say a new attitude or change is coming. Yet same crappy results.

True, madden 10 is better then any other madden on next gen. But how much better is it from last gen madden? If this is what the OP was hinting at(and I think he was)then madden 10 isn't that much better then madden 05 last gen. Madden 10 is basically picking up where last gen left off, so we basically had 5 years worth of garage being released from EA up until madden 10, which is sad IMO.

Another thing that makes me upset is. Look at the wishlist forum. How much of that do you think is actually going to be in the game? Those guys in there know more about what makes a good football game than anyone on the madden staff. This is ridiculous. They wont listen to us!

Again if you don't see the changes you are a blind *****. You have an option if you hate Madden so much, go play nfl 2k5. People release updated rosters and schedules yearly for that.

Sorry to disappoint you, but 90% of OS suggestions made it into Madden 10 this year.

I don't think they are. I think they're trying harder than they do in years past, but they could try a whole lot harder. A lot of the flaws in Madden, I noticed from Day 1. How they don't notice it is beyond me...or maybe they did notice and just let it stay in the game. But even then, a lot of the stuff that they patched I noticed from Day 1. So it's either they didn't notice it, or they did but just let it stay in the game and decided to patch it later or what...but seriously. And then this patch that just came out, how the hell can they not notice the squares on the back of the Pats and Ravens helmet? Again that's something easily noticable. I don't understand it.
