Yeah but some people would define pressure differently.
Does pressure start when the qb has to step up in the pocket?
Does pressure start when the qb is flushed out of the pocket?
Does pressure start when the qb has been touched by a defensive player?
Does pressure start when the qb has to avoid a defensive player?
Does pressure start when the pocket closes in around the qb?
Does pressure start when the qb has nobody to throw to.
Does pressure start when there is a blitz of any kind.
Does pressure start when the qb has to roll out to find the open receiver.

The way we would have to define pressure would then determine how we could use the rating. And with the way EA has messed up how the CPU uses ratings, I wouldn't trust them to make the under pressure rating functional (that's just my opinion).
