I thought I had seen what was to be in the 2nd patch but I can't remeber. Anyone wanna chime in?

Well there is supposed to be a patch#2, but who knows when it will drop. Thats the patch were the instant replays and other gameplay issuses is supposed to be fixed, hopefully its soon.Comment

It'll be out when three criteria are met.
1) They figure out a way to improve the way grass looks. Again.
2) They figure out a way to fix all of the problems patch #1 has caused.
3) When they start giving a damn about the community who funds their pay check.Comment

Corrected all around stats I believe will be in patch #2. Also maybe a fix for run angles.
Other than that, probably whatever glitches patch #1 caused. And I wouldn't look for patch #2 til around Wildcard Playoff weekend, just in time to start reading pre-developement hype of M11......Comment

Nothing that's going to fix this gm. Patch 1 added the afl pack to the main menu, thanks for that dudes...I don't care about that; and how dare they try to charge me $6.99 for it. Give me a break.

It's funny how the "patch" is supposed to fix run angles, and zone and man defense, I'm sure the game should have shipped with those things already established. josh looman, the guy who does the sim stats already has that aspect of the patch done and submitted, based on what he posted in the "Online Franchise Stats Tuning Update" thread. he had a deadline to finish those and that deadline passed a wk or two ago, according to josh. so we'll see what happens. maybe they're finishing up everything for patch #2 right now, or in fact, it may already be finished, but now they're going through the process of sending it to third party consoles for reviews.
we know patch 1 update was processed before madden even came out. the patch came out a month later. so we may be looking at late october/early november for the patch 2Comment
