Had I not played the demo, i would be thinking the same as ARod. Those pictures don't do justice to the game. Some players bodies look wayyyy too skinny on these pics.

I have actually pre-ordered live this year based on the demo's gameplay. However, after seeing those faces/bodies I will take 2k instead. I really like the spacing, dribbling, and shooting in Live which is what basketball is all about. In comparison to 2k lives momentum and physics are incredible but those faces are so bad in my eyes I just want to throw up. I just wish Live would make better body proportions since these players are at least 6'6 and up. In this game they look like 5'7 and for me that is too much to overlook.

There is something up with the DOF or the angle the pics are taken at. Those pics are in no way a representation of what the models actually look like in gameplay.

I know, thats why i said "had i not played the demo". Imagine that someone comes in here who has not seen any videos or pictures, or even played the demo, their first impression of the game will be like : 'what happened to the these players bodies, looks like they all went on a diet.'

I'm glad a few on here have pointed out BRoy looking too dark. I made a comment about the same thing in an earlier forum when the first trailer dropped and I was nearly lynched.

I think most of the faces look good but the Blazers' starting five was botched with the exception of Andre Miller. NO LOVE for the small market teams.

I am going out on a limb and guess u played the demo???? If so, why are u so upset over these facial pics?? You've played the game in action and now you are surprised on how they look in a photo... makes no sense at all. The body proportions are fine

I did played the demo but was most concern with gameplay and physics aspect of it. The more I observe the bodies I noticed how those player models don't resemble a real human body. I have drawn the human body for years and if you closely at the neck and shoulder areas of each player they are all the same.

So sounds like my observation pretty much is being echoed by 9 out of 10 posters

Hedo Turkoglu number is 26 not 15. Other than that the faces look pretty good.

Hopefully they will take note for future versions. But all in all, there are so many things that have to go right to make a sim videogame.

Yeah the Raptors are good, I think the Team that got the least attention has to be the Thunder. Jeff Green and Thabo look terrible.

I actually thought Dirk looked more accurate in Live 10 than in 2K10. He still has too much of that "undead zombie look" in 2K10 that bothers me a bit. I agree that 2K10 has the advantage on those other players you mentioned though.
