Help a Soldier in Iraq Out

As you can tell from the title, I'm in Iraq right now. Because of this, I can't get on xbox live for roster updates. Would anyone happen to know where I can get an actual detailed list of all the changes made in the updates? Not just who went up and down, but what and by how much. This way I can create all the people not in the game and have current rosters. It's killing me playing with the default rosters. =\

Here's a video on "how to" connect to xbox live using a laptop. I hope that helps.
