I bought the game yesterday and read the review on this site and no mention of lag. Well after playing the game it is unplayable so I called Best Buy and they will give you your money back even if the game is open. So if you bought it form Best Buy you can take it back. Just tell them it is unplayable. I got it on PS3 and going to see if it has lag as well.

no lag what so ever one mine. only problem i have is that i cant load my player from draft combine. other than that though the game plays great for me. no fram rate issues, my coach settings save and everything.. i love this game

I can tell you that I have the game on PS3, and I have not noticed any lag. I have not played in all arenas, but I have played a handful of games and haven't esperienced any. Thanks for the info.

If you do see lag just exchange it if you like the game to get a copy that has less. If that doesn't work, a patch should be out soon to fix it.

I dont understand people who are posting stuff like this. I have it on the 360 and notice no lag. To me it sounds like some of the people who are posting topics like either own Live or are bitter that 2k is the better product.

PS3 has no lag, its only been a known issue for 360

There IS lag on 360 but it depends on what camera you use. If you want to test if this is a corroboration play using the SIDE camera. I tried it, saw definite lag, luckily I don't use that camera and BROADCAST is lag free. But surely if I was used to SIDE camera I'd be upset, because the lag was terrible.

I have the game for the ps3 and it plays great so far through the summer league, training camp, and first 7 games of the regular season with my player

Ummmmm, no. I have had 2k since 2k1 with Allen Iverson on the cover, this year's 2k has alot of lag. I played in a D-League arena and the game was so unplayable I had to shut it off. FIX THIS CRAP2K!!!

umm, its not the game disk that causes the lag, its EVERY game disc, + whatever is on your console (IE cache, full hard drive etc.)

so one disc wont be any different from a different 2k10 disc.

its a case of waiting for a patch, which shouldn;t be more than a week away for such a serious problem

I played several games (10+) using broadcast cam, 2k cam, and every variation of different zooms and post zoom on/off, and there was still a tremendous amount of framerate slowdown when:

A) The camera autoflips with 2k cam after a made/missed bucket or turnover
B) Myself, or the cpu has the ball anywhere near the painted area
C) inbounding

Abnormal, please stop being presumptious. It really makes you look like an ignorant dick.

No one is bitter. Some are just experiencing lag, others aren't. I'm one of the lucky one's who is experiencing no problems with the game so far. Love it.

Gosen, are you using a profile that is connected to xbox live? Are all your settings default? Are you using 2k or broadcast?

Im connected to live, using default settings, default cam I would assume is broadcast, and I havent experienced lag. I have had a slow up or 2 during a cutscene, but thats it. I have no issues playing the game.

what should I do to try and get some lag? Im on 360 btw
