funny guy... didn't know where to post the thread at first & then just sent a link to the original... 
the FRANCHISE/ASSOCIATION modes are what are unplayable as i said. reason being the stat issues for Madden that will be fixed via patch, the Association bug in NBA2k10 that has to be fixed via patch & the general core gameplay issues in both that will be fixed via patch. have you seen the patch lists & how long have you had to tweak sliders just to get things close to not frustrating you? alot for me & apparently im not the only one. THE MAIN ISSUE IS THAT ONCE THESE PATCHES DROP, WE WHO PLAY IN THESE MODES WILL HAVE TO RESTART OUR FRANCHISES.
