Not really for me I wouldn't think but we'll see.

I would rather they spent this time creating a deeper franchise mode that was available for dlc... that would seem more important to me than creating a new sport.

Actually, if it has 'EA' on the cover it will sell.

        This sounds exactly like EA.

That doesn't look that bad, and the Wii only deserves something so average. But for a Arcade game, I don't see the problem.

Should make for some great holiday fun. I saw a video of this for the Wii on youtube. Sad that you can still use exploits on a game that has no sim aspect about it. Lol. A flag football version of this game would be awesome. It has pretty much all of the flag football rules...No rules...Lol

For you guys that may try to get technical...I am very aware that there are rules involved in an organized FFL. I play in the intramural league @ AU every year.

Yup. And what is so sim about that game? That just looks like an excuse for lazy development. So now they're going to bring out another arcade style game? A "real" arcade game?
For arcade football, I don't need the Wii version, or this new ish. Madden 10 on 360 is arcade enough-with handtowels!

Wow, EA has no shame, at all. All of their football games play alike. EA, just give the license back, and stick to arcade football. That's all your engine is good for, anyway.

EA has officially pissed me off. Where is a new NFL Street? I read a couple of days ago that the new madden wii was a flop. What better way to recoup their losses than by passing it on to 360 and ps3 gamers. Bring back my NFL Street!

                      Nice. Beat me to this.
I just want a hockey and football game where I can spend more time playing my seasons then I spend changing my sliders.

In order to stay on topic here is my response to the thread,

                            Thanks for the info!

Now he are my additional comments,

First, I see Tiburon studios created this game. It would be very dissapointing to hear that people that work on the real Madden game spent time working on this also, it just does not seem effecient to me. They are a thin developing crew as it is, especially with the quick turn around they have to deal with.

Second, this is an off-topic thread in this forum. It is a totally different game from Madden, just like NFL Head Coach is not discussed here. This seems to be just advertising for EA, and with all the locking that goes on around here, this doesn't belong. If they want to make this announcement it should only be on the homepage of OS.

EA devs only work on madden from feb-june and after that is just ads and hype for the game, and of course fixing through patches but that gets also very limited time- at least Josh Looman only got 1 week in time frame to fix issues franchise related.

Good post...I agree with everything you've said here.

EA really should be ashamed by putting members of the Madden development team on a money grab game like this. It's not like they don't have better things to be doing with their time.
