During my 4th year I have noticed that my starting LT and C dont play... They have backups in and I have tried to put the starters in the backups spot and it doesnt work. Anyone know why this would be happening cuz it sucks. It happens even during simulations cuz my LT stats havent said anything for 2 years. Thanks for the help

Also make sure that your coaches settings are set to human for update the depth chart. If you hire new coaches it will reset it back to cpu controlled I think.Comment

I have the exact same issue happen with Michael Crabtree in my 49ers Franchise occasionally. He'll be the top WR on my depth chart, but won't have any stats in simmed games, or show up on the field when I play.
After trying countless "fixes", the only thing that worked was to release and immediately re-sign him. After that, no probs, except for the 6 mil cap penalty.
