After you input them save your profile in file management. Never quicksave at all (in career mode too). If the game speed is faster then normal, you have the bug. But since you don't quicksave that shouldn't happen
I use these sliders. running backs average between 2-9 yards a carry. better then negative 3 each time with default. qb gets pass rushed, but not too often. less tackles for a loss. overall a good set
