Thank you for these sliders, they have turned the best looking game into the most playable. I had just about given up with this game prior to trying these now I am 4 games into my Packers franchise and I couldnt be happier. Although I am 4 & 0 I should be 1 & 3.

WEEK 1 GB 27 CHI 22
This is the only game that I have really deserved to win, had them 27-3 after 3 before they rallied with 19 fourth quarter points. I was able to run down the clock. Grant had 183 yds rushing on 27 carries (I thought the run game was too easy but the next 3 games have put my concerns to rest).

WEEK 2 GB 30 CIN 27
Was up 20-9 going into the 4th before Palmer led them back to take a 27-23 lead with only 20 seconds left on the clock. Got decent return, completed 20 odd yd pass & called quick TO with 4 seconds on clock. Completed 38 yd TD pass to Jennings as time expires for win. Unbelievable, the desperation deep ball worked for the only time in the game right when it was needed.
Grant only got 59 yds on 19 attempts.

WEEK 3 GB 23 STL 20.
Defensive battle till the last. Led 13-6 after 3. Rams tied it up 20-20 with 1:32 remaining. Drove down the field in hurry up offense with no TO's left. Scored 32 yd field goal as time expired. The Rams played much tougher than I thought they would. Bulger was 26/35 for 269 yds with 2 TD's and 2 picks (both to Woodson). Grant gained 56 yds on 20 carries. Even though it was only the Rams it actualy felt good to win.

Week 4 GB 40 MIN 39
This was a classic, Vikes D played really tough D all day, nothing came easy and I trailed all game until taking the lead for the first time on a 42 yd TD pass with 24 seconds left on the clock. Even though I put up 40 points nothing was cheap, it was edge of the seat stuff which was great. The Vikes moved the ball consistently all game and at no stage did I think I could win. Most fun game I have ever played (maybe cause its the only time we will ever beat Brett) The main stats are as follows:

These are the only sliders I have used where the LB's actualy get most of the tackles which is great. The ridiculous big plays are not really there, even on the broken gang tackles I probably didnt finish off the plays like I could have and its not a bad thing to see Adrian Peterson breaking some tackles anyway. Great job with these, saved Madden 10 on the last play!

Glad to see they are working for you...I made that 80/336 at 4.2 AV for Grant over the 4 games, which is good to see.

Peterson 40 carries in one game?! I think fatigue may need to be turned up (not something I've really experimented with)...40 carries, and he'd be dead for the next few games..

I like the changes; I started a franchise again a few days ago, and everything seems better. My running game isn't as easy as it was. After Week 3, D. Williams has two games over 100 and one with 40. I actually had Williams and Stewart stalled at 20 total during a preseason game against the Steelers, so it's possible for my running game to be stopped.

The only thing I have to watch out for is the opponet's running game. Last franchise, every single HB had over 100 in every single game, 5 had over 200. This franchise, Westbrook at 50, Turner at 212, and Barber at 130.

DB, just had to pipe in and say excellent job on creating a decent set of sliders. taking nothing away from the other people who create sliders on OS, your slider set has posed the most interesting/challenging games yet. gone are the days of the blow out after blow out victories!

Hi ASU, I'm almost burned out on sliders atm...The last time I did such extensive slider work, was way back around 5 yrs ago on the original XBOX.

I really want to start a Franchise, but I just haven't the same enthusiasm atm, having a mini break.....

If cpu rushing becomes too potent, upping the player BLK SHED will work wonders. Aggressive D works wonders too. Sitting in cover 2 or 3 on 1st down, if you suspect the run, means you're going to get run all over (not saying you do that btw)

I don't like to set crazy levels of difficulty, but I hope they are at least a challenging base to work off. My aim isn't to make the most difficult game possible, (there are plenty of ways to do that), but to provide entertainment and decent season stats..

started a francise with the Broncos with these sliders tonight and through two first halves of preseason games I'm really feeling them so far.

human run game is just right, I'm successful, but really have to work at it.

my only concern is the cpu offense, my defense is shutting everything down so far, but I've yet to play a full game against a top rated offense so I'm not too worried.

this might sound dumb, but where do you put the Human skills in, found the CPU skills but when I go to Player skill its just madden all pro and what not. please help.

Set it to custom, then highlight the category you want to edit and press whichever button selects things on the menu for your console.

That avatar is confusing...thought I was still the last post in here for a second.

Got killed by Jacksonville over the first few minutes before giving up...they were breaking three or four consecutive tackles per play, whilst Hightower got stuffed immediately upon receiving the ball.

None of my receivers seem able to get open, either, and with the CPU's super-insane interception ability (and I'm still using the old settings, so it's still only at 15), I'm not keen to just lob it out there, even if I do have two receivers with whom I should be able to just throw the ball in their general direction fairly safely.

Anyone else have issues with over 10-15 rushers going over 1000 yards and 4-5 going over 1500? It seems like by 3/4 of the season, a stable of running backs have 250+ carries and are nearing 1000 :\

I use default and sub everyone manually.
