Keep Russell in 2010, but bench him. Cut him in 2011.
Let Seymour go in 2010.
Cut Walker in 2012.
By 2014, you'll be free. A long time, but by then, your solid draft picks will need to be re-signed, and you'll have the cap room to do it.
Keep Nmamdi. He's worth it. Move him to FS when he turns 30 or 31, and loses speed.
