My 360 gets a disk read error every now and then if i switch games or dont play for awhile... apperently a small metal washer insde gets magnetized to the top of something... theres a whole procedure on youtube to fix it.... Personally I hit the xbox on the large sides afew times and try again.. sometimes i do it multiple times but it always gets it going eventually
