MODIFY CPU ROSTERS DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

MODIFY CPU ROSTERS DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

This option doesn't work once again in NBA Live 10.

NBA Live 09 had the same problem and people pointed it out to the developers. It was never fixed and they said that such an issue would be solved for NBA Live 10.

HOWEVER, it STILL has not been fixed.

This should be added to the patch.

What exactly doesn't work? I haven't been into franchise mode in Live b/c of all the issues I've been hearing about. Can you give more detail? The link you posted doesn't work.

Re: MODIFY CPU ROSTERS DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

Is this for real?! I just started up a dynasty and noticed the computer is still making free agent signings even though I turned on "modify cpu rosters". Now when I go to the release players screen I can only access my team. WTF? Is this feature really broken?!

So is the only way to try to keep my rosters up to date is to try to sign a bad free agent to my team. Trade him to a CPU team for the player that the CPU just signed. Then release that player from my team, and live with that bad player being on the CPU team, hoping they never play him?

Then to add players, first add the player to my team. Then trade the player to the CPU team for a draft pick (or if I am lucky a bad free agent that I had previously added that is not supposed to be there)

****! If I had known NBA Live 10 was this broken I never woulda picked it up. Shoulda went with the 2K series

I've got the same problem. Not too sure that I can change anything

I've got Shaq signing for Sacramento and Yao Ming signing for the Cavaliers.

Still can't find any help on this issue, and my above plan doesnt work because when you waive players, their salary still counts toward your cap, so waiving all the players through your team as the computer picks em up is impossible.

The only solution I can see is just to decrease their ratings (because you can at least play around with the CPUs team's player ratings) to 0 so that the CPU doesnt use them.

Although I know I will still run into the above problem again. *sigh* Maybe I should just go out and buy NBA 2K12
