    A few questions

Hey all, I have never really watched soccer before but gameflyed FIFA 10 and absolutely love the game. However, I have no idea about how the strategies work in FIFA. If it helps at all, I have chosen Inter Milan as my team as I happen to own a jersey from them and like playing with Eto'o.

    1. I always struggle defensively. How do I improve my defense as it seems pretty much any team, good or bad, can weave through me like no tomorrow?

    2. What is the best way to mount an offensive attack? I usually try to go down either the right or left side of the pitch and cross it in the box, but I don't know if that is the correct thing I should be doing with a good team like Inter Milan.

    3. How exactly do transfers and loans work?? I'm so confused about that part...

    4. What kind of style of play does Inter Milan have? Who are their good players and what is those players' styles?

    5. Where does a fullback usually play on the pitch? Do fullbacks ever score?

    6. What is the difference between a forward and a striker?

Obviously those are a lot of questions but it would be of great help if you guys could help answer maybe one or two of those so I can get a general idea of whats going on...

    Thanks!!!

    1. Im not great at defense either but what I do is play cover and dont rush the opposing players. I usually get a whole lot of interceptions once they try to force a pass

    2. Pass the ball around the field it will break down defenses and open up spaces so you can get your striker one on one with their last defender and then you nail a through pass and use the striker speed to do whatever you do

    3. TRANSFERS & LOANS

    4. I havent seen Inter played in a while but I think they are more defensive

    5. Fullbacks play on they right and left side of the defense. Most fullbacks like to go up field and lay in a nice volley for a goal. They do score but not much

    6.

A striker is better known for making runs to beat defenders, trying to beat the offside trap and playing close to the goal area. They are typically recognised as quick, with good reaction speed and given few defensive responsibilities. This contrasts with the centre forward's different style of holding up play and leading the front line
