Live 09 was garbage, but Live 10 has actually taken quite a few 2Kers away.

Some people just need a unique mode like Campus Legend or Online Dynasty to keep their interest in a college basketball game.

I don't really understand that kind of thinking though. Maybe it's because I'm a hardcore fan of CBB and basketball in general. To me, a fabulous on-court simulation experience trumps being able to create myself and be recruited as an incoming freshman any day. Authentic TV presentation and actual motion offenses are two of the best features that EA could have chosen to add.

Plus, if the on-court experience is only mediocre, that limits the potential fun within a Legend or ODynasty mode anyway. Considering that NCAA Basketball games come out every year and have a smaller budget than Madden, I'm very happy with the feature list.

This series is obviously still a work in progress and when it turns its attention to new game modes, it will start getting awesome review scores because the core experience will already be realistic and FUN.

This series is obviously still a work in progress and when it turns its attention to new game modes, it will start getting awesome review scores because the core experience will already be realistic and FUN.

This is the right way to go about it IMO—concentrate on core gameplay and presentation and THEN worry about adding in new gameplay modes. Without a solid core, all of the other "extra" modes are worthless.

I guess you are right. I haven't played NBA Live 10 yet, but 2K10 managed to be a whole step down from 2k9. I may have to give Live a look. I will be surprised, though, if it is as good as 2K9. Live 10 turned 2Kers away mostly because 2K Sports screwed themselves, not because EA took a massive step from Live 09.

Live 09 is simlar to live 10. gameplay is the same just improved. Most ppl dont know that since few ppl played like 09 last year.

If you are finally getting what you wanted in telecast intergration but are still bitching about this game, then get out of this forum.

I for one am actually excites for this title, mainly because of the telecasts. If it is a gimmick then it sure is a good one.

You people are spoiled. Every year you complain about dropping $60 on a game then start ranting about how EA will never get another dime out of you. I know they can do a better job, but please leave this forum with you're bitching and let us people who want the game have some healthy conversation.

With all that aside the list is weak. last years dynasty was a letdown but I still played. I just haope we don't see a #5 rated Duke with a 12-16 record.

If Dynasty isn't improved, it isn't bad marketing, It's bad time management by the guys at EA.

Bad marketing would be coming on here and telling us that Dynasty is not improved in any area.
