the problem is that the wildcat is actually very effective in real life, so this effectiveness should be represented in Madden. The NFL has not been able to shut down miami's version of it, so why should we be able to shut it down in Madden. I mean if the NFL can't gameplan against it what is EA supposed to model its wildcat stopping AI after?
the main issue with the madden wildcat is that the frequency of 20+ yard runs is much too high. tone this down and we have something workable. in my experience it wasn't bad AI that caused this, it was suction blocking and broken tackles.
