Once the Super Bowl is played in an online franchise, and I (as commisioner) advance the week, is the very next step doing the live draft?

Can you pre-rank your picks in case you're not available to attend a live draft with the rest of the league? If so, does the cpu generally draft the highest rated player available for a team who's coach isn't able to attend the draft?

Also, about how long does the Live draft take with 7 user-controlled teams?
