Hey guys, I know that title sounds grammatically stupid but I didn't know of any clearer way to ask it. Also, I couldn't find a forum that covered all sports, so I just chose the football one. Move it to a more appropriate place, if you wish.

In your opinion, what is the best higher difficulty in any sports game of all time? Which game best provided a difficulty level where it wasn't about the CPU cheating you more than them actually playing smarter to provide you with a challenge that was an actual challenge, but still fair?

I honestly can't think of a game that really does this entirely well, but I guess I am one of the younger members here and for most of my sports gaming career it wasn't about the challenge but about how many points I could score (I know. I'm ashamed to admit it). I've read the Konami soccer series (Pro Evolution, Winning Eleven) was good at this but I don't have much experience playing those games.
