I get you, but they are laying folks off already, and people tend to forget that most folks who make these games are GAMERS, and maybe football fans, but they are average-hardcore FANS...just like most folks, their knowledge only comes from watchin TV and things like that...

Maybe if they did more research on the game? Take more time to get to know the sport?
