is it possible to find this game early or will it not even be shipped to stores until next week?

it doesn't appear so. The game, to my knowledge, is not street dated, meaning it most likely will not ship to stores until next Tuesday, which is the release date.

That is what I figured as well. I guess they feel this is not a big enough launch like Live, Madden or NCAA to have a street date.

If it doesn't have a street date then it will be released as soon as it arrives, correct? That means we should be able to pick it up sometime Tuesday. I refuse to buy anything at Gamestop so I guess I'll wait on Wal-Mart or Blockbuster to get it in. Who knows when that will happen. Wal-Mart has been very good around here in getting games early, but with little pub on this game, I have no idea. I'm holding out hope that they shipped it out Today and will get it in on Saturday. I know that the EA Store now shows the game in stock, for whatever that is worth.

We need a when and where thread for sure.

I got it coming "release day" from Amazon. No worries though, with CODMW2 I'm busy till then.

Both of my stores that I go to...both said no go until Tuesday.

EA is really strict on releasing early now ever since Madden. All my spots said its a no go until Monday.

On the Ebgames website, it has the shipping date on Monday the 16th, did not say anything about a street date, so most likely Tuesday they will have it.

Gamestop updated there website also to reflect 11/16 as the ship date so it does look like Tuesday is the day.

I tried calling my store but, I think I got some new kid cause he said "ahhhh we never get games early." I told him I've gotten NCAA Football, Madden, Batman, NBA Live/2k10 and COD MW2 there early. He said "ahhh, do you have the right store?" Damn stoners... I hung up.

Best Buy will have the game on Tuesday, so I'm good to go. Only bad thing is that my play time will be limited that day since UofL's season opener is that night.

You should go to the store in person, they might have changed their policy on selling games early and talking about it over the phone as they could get themselves in trouble if the wrong person knows...

So what stores will be selling this game on Tuesday? There seem to be conflicting dates on different store's websites. Countryboy said that Bestbuy will have it available Tuesday, I checked Gamestop and anyone who pre-ordered says your game will ship Monday, and EA says it will be Wednesday. Anyone know for sure because I would like to make myself unavailable that day to go get a copy?
