Well you could retire his number at your school and give him a story that maybe he got into an ice fishing accident and lost his lower right leg... has since went on to compete in wheelchair based rugby and become an inspiration to your university.

It does stink though to take a guy to the Heisman and not get to produce a stellar NFL career with him... but it wouldn't be the first time a Heisman winner didn't show up in the NFL (White, Ware, Torretta, Crouch, Weinke, Ward, etc.)

Then again, you can find a guy with similar build, abilities etc. and edit him to the Name, Hometown, College of your guy.
