    NCAA Basketball '10 Highlight Thread

Clip 1: Just me messing with some motion offense. I love it, outside of the fact that in this clip I should have A) dunked it with Stanley Robinson right away after the first pass B) Messed up the controls on the extra pass after Robinson passed out of hte double team to Kemba. When I tried to freestyle pass from Kemba to Dyson I messed up so it was a little slow but got it there in time for the open three.

Clip 2: More motion offense. I love how hard Dyson runs the baseline. Just a simply flick of the freestyle passing here after the defender comes to give extra help on Dyson for a second. Love Coombs-McDaniels (the guy who dunks it) having the smarts as a CPU controlled teammate to cut to the hoop after his man left. Thing of beauty.

    <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/O-8QTQAG1wQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/O-8QTQAG1wQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Clip 3: Oriakhi passing out of a double team to Sticks for a three.

    <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kzoT5M8GRuw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kzoT5M8GRuw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Clip 4: Dyson comes off the screen, draws the D and kicks it to Sticks for another three.

    <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5c8br34w5Uk&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5c8br34w5Uk&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Clip 5: The CPU recognizing an open man on offense. I'm controlling Robinson in this vid (guy near the top of the key with black socks/kicks). I don't follow him and the CPU hits my man. You can tell the play was designed for him to pass to the guy moving to the top of the key but he broke it off and hit the open man, of course he missed the shot though cause ND sucks.

I'm honestly not sure Hitch, it's one of the default cameras in the replay though, not sure if you can use it for in-game.

You going to work on some sliders ehh?

I am really enjoying this game but some things definitely need touching up.

Ok thanks. I like to try to use the broadcast camera, as it adds some realism to the game for me. But, I'm used to the 2k angle in CH2K8. The overhead camera is pretty good, but sometimes the backboards and shot clocks get in the way of the camera after you get a defensive rebound. I'll have to mess around with it a little.

Yeah, I'm playing my second game on default varsity right now. I've only changed the fouls for this game - 75 for everything cept in-air collisions are at 60. I dropped game speed to 45, might even go lower. I have fatigue up at 75 as well and boundary forcefield is at 100, haven't seen a guy step outta bounds since.

Just save them mid-game and upload them to EA Sports World. It's all done within your console.

I just noticed that you can still only save five replays at a time in this game, kinda annoying since Live had an unlimited number. I guess it's kinda a good thing so I don't waste a half hour every game I play saving a dozen replays like I did with Live.

Five clips from the Georgetown game....

Austin Freeman with a backdoor and then posterizes Alex Oriakhi.

Really cool sequence here. GTown forces the loose ball in the post, then another Hoya dives on the floor to keep it in bounds, GTown recovers it and passes the ball up for the floor for a fastbreak layup.

Nifty little Jerome Dyson And 1.

Some Motion offense leading to a Darius Smith three pointer.

One of UConn's set plays that results in a nice open three for Kemba.

Here's a vid showing off some speed/athleticism differential between a powerhouse and a low-major. I'm killing Quinnipiac in the second half so they decide to spring the press on me after a made FT. Let's just say Kemba Walker is a lot faster than anyone on QU.

                            <object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/E5nh1RIR4iE&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/E5nh1RIR4iE&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

                            A few screens...

Sticks beating his chest after taking down mighty Quinnipiac.

Sticks coming off a screen at Georgia Tech, looking svelte in the blk/red V's. Since the blk/red XI's aren't in the game those will have to do.

Super Frosh Derrick Favors in the new, ultra-sexy Georgia Tech uniforms.
